Sara Erreygers graduated as a master in clinical psychology (KULeuven) in 2014. As of September 2014 she has been working as a doctoral student in the research group MIOS (Media and ICT in Organisations and Society) at the University of Antwerp (Faculty of Social Sciences – department of Communication Studies) under supervision of Prof. Dr. Heidi Vandebosch. Her research is embedded in an interuniversity research project, Cyber-Shoc, investigating the association of experienced events and emotions on cyberbullying in the school, work and home context.
Sara’s current research focuses on the role of stress, experienced events and emotions on cyberbullying during adolescence. She has a special interest in the mediating or moderating role of emotion regulation strategies in the association between experienced events and social behavior via ICT.
